What this is: the schema every knowledge asset was catalogued against before it moved: what exists, who owns it, when it needs another look. A single system of record, not a one-time cleanup. Names and scores are fictional; the structure is a representative version of one I built.

The register was designed to be the anchor for a much larger system, dashboards, reminders, and AI-generated content all flowing through the same governed structure, instead of around it.
