About this artifact. Northstar Digital and everyone named here is fictional. The structure is a representative version of one I built: leaders and champions mapped to every team and sub-team, knowledge locations, readiness stage, and the one open thread per team. It is how I ran the master champion list for leadership on a recent engagement, coordinating a core working group of group and team champions and executive stakeholders.
