What this is: a live working page that mirrors a team’s own knowledge page. Champions dropped in whatever was ready to share; each item moved through disposition, a draft, a link back into the page, and a quick chat approval before it went live. This replaced a heavier per-team tracker, the master view for leadership stayed in the Champion Matrix. Fictional team and content, real workflow.

About this artifact. Northstar Digital, the team, the people, and every entry are fictional. The workflow is a representative version of one I ran: a champion adds what is ready, we disposition it, draft the change, link it back on the page under the request, and confirm in the team chat, or make the change live together. It is the working artifact each team and I kept current; leadership worked from the Champion Matrix instead.
