Sarah Farmer

About

I make complicated work usable.

Every job has asked the same question: how do we turn the mess into something people can actually use?

Across operations, compliance, cybersecurity, media, and technology, I've done this as a quality specialist, a policy analyst, an IT business analyst, and a knowledge manager. The last four years were project-based transformation roles, taken on purpose, each scoped to an outcome and delivered. I've also carried a lead's ownership: a 20-person operation, a manager's team covered through an extended leave. My Girl Sarah is the name that followed me team to team, long before it was a domain.

The titles changed. The work didn’t.

What I'm looking for

A permanent, senior role where I own a problem from messy to working system and stay long enough to improve what happens next, in knowledge management, systems analysis, or AI enablement.

Remote preferred; open to discussing hybrid.
