Business systems analyst, 15+ years, turning undefined, regulated problems into governed systems a team can run on: knowledge operating models, identity governance, finance-transformation controls, audit-ready quality systems.

Built the KM operating model across 8 groups and 38 subgroups, and designed a governed knowledge intake system with an AI drafting agent.

Mapped current- and future-state identity-governance processes across 250+ applications into requirements, roles, control points, and documented risk.
- Warner Music Group Business Policy Analyst Aug 2022 – Aug 2024
Authored 181 future-state process models and a 262-control risk matrix on a global SAP S/4HANA finance transformation, built an M365 change-intake workflow that cut per-request setup from about two hours to five minutes, and wrote three corporate finance policies.

Ran third-party due diligence for 200+ vendors and built an Approved Supplier List with executive dashboards.

Owned the quality-management system and controlled-document environment for a 206-person manufacturer, carried two ISO 9001:2015 audits with zero major findings, and built ITAR-controlled document handling.
