For recruiters & hiring managers
Everything you need to make the case for me, on one page
I build the knowledge and AI systems a team runs on: operating models, governed workflows, and AI with a person still on the decision. I have done it from an 8-group division to a 250-application enterprise. I want one team to do it for, long-term.

A walkthrough for each kind of role
Questions you’re probably asking
Straight answers
Can I see how you actually think?
Yes, that is what the walkthroughs are for. Each one takes a real problem and walks the reasoning, with an interactive piece I built. Start with the ones linked above.
What size company and industry?
Early-stage startups through enterprises with 250+ SOX applications. Regulated and complex is where I am most useful. Industry-agnostic: I have done bearings manufacturing, music, news, and cybersecurity.
What are you looking for?
A permanent, senior role where I own a problem from messy to running system and stay accountable through adoption and continuous improvement, in knowledge management, systems analysis, or AI enablement. Remote preferred; open to discussing hybrid.
Why the run of project-based roles?
From 2022 I took project-based transformation work on purpose, to go deep across finance transformation, identity governance, and enterprise knowledge management, from an early-stage startup to a 250-application enterprise. Each engagement was scoped to an outcome and delivered; one was renewed three times. Every reference I have is from one of those teams. Now I want one team to build with long-term.
What about the gaps between engagements?
After Warner (2024) I focused on my Seton Hall law degree and a selective search. In fall 2025 I stood up the knowledge and operations function at RYSKR.AI, an early-stage cybersecurity startup, where I stay on in an occasional advisory role. Neither stretch was idle.
Are you actually available?
Yes, full-time, starting now. Anything I build on my own time is intentionally limited in scope and moves to nights and weekends the day I sign.
