All Clear · Independent product

Knowledge governance so people and AI can trust the content.

An independent product for teams that need trusted, AI-ready knowledge — built around permissions, data classification, source traceability, and lifecycle controls.

Working prototype · in active development

From the prototype — Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind, Supabase · sample data

The challenge

AI-enabled knowledge work is only as good as its source material. Content that is inaccurate, over-shared, undated, or unowned produces a confident wrong answer — worse than no answer at all. The product needed a trust layer for the people reading the content and the systems retrieving it.

The approach

Treat trust as a first-class property of every piece of knowledge, made legible to both people and AI before the information is used. How that is modeled and enforced is the part I would rather walk through than write down.

What I built

  • A full product definition — data model, roles, workflows, and governance rules — from requirements through testable acceptance criteria.
  • A working prototype that demonstrates the model end to end, built in Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind, and Supabase.
  • The security and vendor-readiness thinking to take it from prototype toward a real pilot.

Outcome

Trust treated as a property of every artifact, not an afterthought

Outcome

A governance-first architecture, not a wiki with search bolted on

Outcome

A model a team can adopt incrementally rather than all at once
