The studio recommends a document type, or the user chooses. It can apply an updated template and suggest supporting artifacts.

Check the standards
Documentation standards identify missing sections. The creator fills gaps and verifies that the artifact is complete and correct.

Route for approval
Creator approval triggers routing for that knowledge type. Additional approvers can be added; approval, denial, and change processes are supported.

Publish with a record
Log the changes for audit, publish the approved knowledge, and archive the old version.
